How do I personalize my keychain?
On the product page, type the name or word you want (up to 24 characters) in the personalization box, then choose your font, colour, and size from the dropdowns. Double-check your spelling — every piece is made to order!
How long will my order take?
Each keychain is made just for you, so please allow 48–72 hours of production time before it ships. Larger orders may take a little longer.
Can I approve the design before it's made?
Yes. Tick the "I'd like to approve the design before printing" box when you order and we'll email you a preview first. We won't start production until you give the go-ahead.
What fonts can I choose from?
Six fonts: Anton, Bebas Neue, Montserrat Bold, Lobster, Pacifico, and Chewy. Check the font chart in the product photos to compare them.
What sizes are available?
S (18 mm), M (24 mm), and L (30 mm) letter height. The length adjusts automatically to fit your name.
What colours are available?
Coral, Copper, Yellow, Bright Green, Mint, Blue, Purple, Hot Pink, Grey, Beige, White, Red, Ivory White, Dark Green, Maroon Red, Orange, and Charcoal.
Do you offer discounts on larger orders?
Yes — volume discounts apply automatically in your cart. No code needed.
Can I add a logo or artwork?
Yes — paste a link to your artwork in the "Artwork / Logo URL" box when ordering, or mention it in the special instructions and we'll be in touch.
What's your return policy?
Because every item is personalized and made to order, custom items can't be resold — so we can't accept returns for change of mind or spelling errors. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you approved, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Not yet — we currently ship within Canada only.
