Terms of Service

By ordering from Layer Up, you agree to the following:

• All items are made to order based on the personalization details you provide. You are responsible for checking spelling and details before checkout.
• Production takes 48–72 hours before shipping; larger orders may take longer.
• Personalized items can't be resold, so all sales of custom items are final except where our Refund Policy applies.
• You confirm you have the rights to any names, words, or artwork you ask us to use.
• Volume discounts are applied automatically at checkout based on the quantity in your cart.
