Refund Policy

Because every item is personalized and made to order just for you, custom items can't be resold — so we're unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind, or for spelling errors. Please double-check your spelling before ordering!

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you approved, contact us within 14 days at layerup.ca@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right with a remake or a refund — your choice.

If you requested design approval before printing and we haven't started production yet, you can cancel for a full refund.
